We keep groups small enough that every student can ask questions and have work looked at. Confirmed group sizes are shown on each course page.
You can cancel for a full refund up to 14 days before a course starts. The full terms are shown before you pay and confirmed in your booking email.
No, and we would not trust anyone who did. We focus on structured teaching, exam technique and confidence, the things that are actually within our control.
You receive a confirmation with a booking reference, an itemised receipt, and joining instructions covering timings, the venue, and what your child should bring.
East London Values has step-free access. If your child has an access requirement or additional learning need, tell us when booking and we will confirm arrangements.
Yes. Contact us and we will arrange places for siblings on the same or different courses.
