How the hour runs
You join by Google Meet video call. We start on time, work through the plan for your session type, and you leave with written notes on what to do next. Reschedule or cancel within the notice period set out in our policies.
Under 18?
A parent or guardian should make the booking and will receive the confirmation. Our safeguarding approach is set out in our policies.
